I emailed ExatMobile concerning the shockign sound quality of ringtons I downloaded. They are extremely soft in comparison to the actual songs by the artist. After a week of waiting I called them to be told but thats how the artists send the tones. The artist i was questioning is a band called Slipknot - Hard, Loud and Fast. The tones i received from ExactMobile are so soft that you can barely hear the phone ring. Not once did they call me to ask my opinion they just left it, 'oh well she has paid for the songs we dont need to respond to her' - After losing my temper a little i get told 'Well then there is something wrong with your phone' - WRONG, it works fine with all the other music and tones i have? You are ripping people off with Bad Quality ringtones!! Sis on you!!!
